PB Apple Cinnamon Oats


  • ½ cup rolled oats 

  • 1 cup almond milk or water

  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds

  • ½ pink lady apple

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

You will need: 1 small pot


  1. Put almond milk in pot and turn to medium heat. Dice or slice your apples and prep other ingredients meanwhile.

  2. Once milk starts simmering turn heat to low and add oats. Cook until most milk has been absorbed. Mix in cinnamon and maple syrup as soon as you turn off heat. 

  3. Serve cooked oats in a bowl and top off with peanut butter, more cinnamon, slivered almonds and apple.
