Creamy Cheesy Pasta Sauce

(Vegan Alfredo Sauce)
1 ½ cup cashews, soaked
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
2 large tomatoes
¾ almond milk unsweetened
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
You will need:blender
Soak cashews in water overnight or in boiling water for about an hour.
Add all ingredients and the juice of the lemon to the blender. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Add to pasta and veggies!
