Beyond Lasagna



  • 1 box lasagna noodles

  • 1 packet of beyond ground beef

  • 1 cup mushrooms

  • 1 small white onion

  • Your favorite tomato sauce

  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheese

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)


You will need: 1 medium pot, 1 large pan, baking glass 


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F. Put pot of water to boil and add your lasagna noodles. Follow cooking directions on pasta box. Dice mushrooms and onion.

  2. Turn pan on medium heat. Add olive oil with garlic, diced onions and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes then add beyond ground beef. Sauté for an extra 10 minutes. Add red pepper flakes if desired. Add a full jar of pasta as soon as it is done cooking and stir in.

  3. Drain cooked pasta and set beyond beef/veggie mix aside.

  4. Spray baking glass with nonstick spray or vegan butter. Place your first layer of lasagna noodle at the bottom of the baking glass. Next add about 2 large serving spoons of the beyond meat and veggie mix. Lastly sprinkle about a handful of vegan cheese on top. 

  5. Repeat step 4 until you have about 4-6 layers of lasagna. 

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit for 15-20 minutes before serving.
