You will need: 1 large pan Turn on pan to medium heat. Cut tofu into small cubes no bigger than one inch diameter. Add olive oil to pan, add tofu to pan and let sit for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder and nutritional yeast. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Flip tofu over to another side. Add little more olive oil if needed. Continue cooking until light brown on most sides of tofu (10-15 min usually). I usually cook mushrooms or other veggies separately to avoid hydrating the tofu, mix together when done.
